Service Commencement and Refunds: All service orders are final. Cancellations and refunds are not available once work has commenced.
Work and Communication: All developers work from our secure office. All communication is managed through our project managers via WhatsApp and email.
Third-Party Costs: The client is solely responsible for all costs associated with third-party resources (hosting, plugins, APIs, etc.).
Limitation of Liability: Our liability is strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for our services.
Payment: Invoices are due upon receipt to ensure the continuation of work.
Post-Project Support: We provide a 7-day period of complimentary post-launch support. Further support is subject to additional charges.
