Service Commencement and Refunds: All service orders are final. Due to the custom nature of our work, cancellations and refunds are not available once work has commenced.
Work and Communication: All communication is managed through our project managers via WhatsApp and email.
Payment: Invoices are due upon receipt. Accepted methods include RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
Post-Project Support: We provide a 7-day period of complimentary post-launch support. Further support is subject to additional charges.
Project Time Estimates: Time estimates are not guaranteed timelines. Custom projects typically require a minimum of 1000-10000 hours.
