Terms of Service Overview

Service Model: Project-based development. Our team works from our secure Pune offices (no on-site client placement).
Estimates: We provide experience-based time estimates (e.g., minimum 1000 hours for complex custom software) but do not offer fixed-bid or fixed-timeline contracts.
Support: We provide a 7-day complimentary post-launch support period, with extended ar maintenance and support or general software maintenance available on a time-and-materials basis.
Payments: Accepted via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
