Project Requirements:
Platform & Hosting: Build, set up, and deploy the OpenCart website on a Ubuntu 22 LTS server with a Plesk control panel.
Design & Responsiveness: The website must be fully responsive and work seamlessly across all devices, including desktops, tablets, and mobile phones.
Performance & Optimization:
Achieve a PageSpeed Insights score greater than 95% for mobile and desktop across Performance, Accessibility, Best Practices, and SEO.
Ensure the First Contentful Paint (FCP) and Largest Contentful Paint (LCP) are 2.5 seconds or less.
The website's Speed Index must be 3 seconds or less.
Development Practices:
You must use only free-to-use themes, templates, extensions, and plugins for the development work.
Do not use any copyrighted or third-party images, text, or materials.
All content, including text and images, must be unique and created by you, with no AI-generated content.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO): The project includes both on-page and off-page SEO optimization to ensure the website is discoverable and ranks well on search engines.
Post-Launch Support: Provide 7 days of post-launch support after the website is deployed and live.
