Transparent Billing We operate strictly on a time-and-materials basis. Invoices are submitted daily, weekly, or on a milestone basis, ensuring you only pay for the work performed.
Client Confidentiality (IP Protection) Confidentiality is a foundational principle at Associative.
- Strict NDAs: We adhere to rigorous non-disclosure agreements.
- No Portfolio: We do not share client projects publicly to protect your IP.
- 100% Ownership: Upon project completion and final payment, clients receive full ownership of the source code and IP.
Terms of Service Overview
- Service Model: Project-based development. Our developers work from our secure offices (no on-site work).
- Estimates: We provide general time estimates (e.g., minimum 1000 hours for complex custom software) but do not provide fixed-bid or fixed-timeline contracts due to the dynamic nature of development.
- Payments: Accepted via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
- Support: We provide a 7-day complimentary post-launch support period.
