Transparent Billing: We operate strictly on a time-and-materials basis. Invoices are submitted daily, weekly, or on a milestone basis so you only pay for the work performed.
Strict NDAs: We adhere to rigorous non-disclosure agreements to protect your concepts.
No Public Portfolio: We do not share client projects or maintain a public portfolio, keeping your competitive advantage secure.
100% Ownership: Upon project completion and final payment, you receive full ownership of the source code and IP. We retain no rights to your work.

Terms of Service Overview

Service Model: We are a project-based development company. Developers work from our secure offices, not on-site at client locations.
Estimates: We provide general time estimates based on experience (e.g., minimum 1000 hours for complex custom software). Due to the dynamic nature of development, we do not provide fixed-bid or fixed-timeline contracts.
Payments: Accepted via RTGS, NEFT, IMPS, and UPI.
Support: We provide a 7-day complimentary post-launch support period.
