Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi

What We Offer

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office
Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Monday through Saturday)

Work Model: This is a 100% in-office position. We do not offer remote work, work-from-home, or part-time arrangements.
Interview Format: Mandatory in-person interview at our Pune office. Virtual or online interviews are not available.
Direct Hiring: Associative is hiring directly for our own internal team. We are a 5-year-old software development company, not an outsourcing agency or recruitment consultancy.
