Qualifications & Requirements

Experience: Fresher
Education: Any Graduate (Must be ready to join full-time; not intended for candidates currently pursuing education or full-time courses)
Must Have: Own Laptop for work
Languages: Proficiency in Hindi, English, and Marathi
Technical Interests: A strong passion for Blockchain & Web3 development (Smart Contracts, Solidity, Vyper, Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, DeFi, and NFTs).

What We Offer

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent
Work Location: Onsite at our Pune office
Work Schedule: Monday through Saturday
Office Hours: 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM

Interview Format: This is a mandatory in-person interview. Virtual or online interviews are not available for any role.
Direct Hiring: Associative is a 5-year-old software development company. We are hiring directly for our own team and are not an outsourcing agency or recruitment consultancy.
No Fees: We do not charge any fees for recruitment, interviews, or training. Please do not pay any individual or third party for any part of this hiring process.
